Lagardère to pay an exceptional dividend of €9 per share

Lagardère SCA has decided to pay an interim dividend of €9 per share. The ex-coupon date for this exceptional dividend will be May 28, with a payment date of May 31, 2013.
This interim dividend is associated with the Lagardère group’s sale of its 7.4% in EADS on April 12. It represents the exceptional portion of the dividend to be submitted for approval to the General Meeting that will be held in 2014 for the 2013 financial year.
As required by law, this payment will be based on the interim parent company financial statements of Lagardère SCA to be approved by the Managing Partners, and reflecting the gain on the disposal of the EADS shares.
