A busy start to the fall season for LNI

There’s a new worldwide boom in special-interest channels distributed by LNI.
For Lagardere Active special-interest channels, new distribution agreements signed by LNI:

• MEZZO in Greece and Cyprus, on the leading satellite package, Nova.
• MEZZO in Saint Petersburg, on the main cable network.
• MCM Top and MEZZO in Turkey, as the result of a new partnership agreement with Digiturk, the leading satellite package.
• CANAL J in French-speaking Switzerland, in the Valais canton.

For Al Jazeera Children’s Channel, the new Pan-Arabic education and entertainment channel launched on 9 September 2005: takeover agreements signed by LNI regarding the main European packages (France, Switzerland, Germany and Spain) and others in the Middle East (Lebanon and Jordan).

For the AB group’s special-interest channels: renewal of the mandate for the international distribution of the AB Moteurs, Escales, Animaux, Encyclopedia, Chasse & Pêche and XXL special-interest channels by LNI.
