Lagardère declines to cash in EADS dividend

The EADS General Shareholders’ Meeting, held on 4 May in Amsterdam, approved the payment of a dividend of 0.12 euro per share.
Arnaud Lagardère said that, out of solidarity with AIRBUS employees, LAGARDERE SCA will decline to cash in its share of the EADS dividend, amounting to approximately 15 million euros. The sum will remain at the disposal of EADS.
