Lars Heidenreich appointed Executive Vice President TV Rights of SPORTFIVE

Lars Heidenreich has been appointed Executive Vice President TV Rights for the SPORTFIVE Group, based in Hamburg, with effect of February 1st 2008.
Lars Heidenreich joins SPORTFIVE in Hamburg from his current position as Managing Director of SPORTFIVE Asia. He has a long history starting in 1994 within the SPORTFIVE group, including stints as Managing Director in Poland and Asia. He founded his own company ISM in Australia in 2000 and returned to SPORTFIVE in 2006.
“Lars Heidenreich has tremendous experience in the TV rights business. His appointment will add considerable strength to our successful team of TV rights specialists and will enable us to retain our position as the clear leader in the European marketplace”, confirms Richard Worth, CEO of the SPORTFIVE Group.
In the short term Lars Heidenreich will retain overall responsibility for the SPORTFIVE business in Asia.
