Béatrice de Clermont Tonnerre has been appointed Development Director of Lagardère SCA

A member of the Finance Committee, she will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Beatrice de Clermont Tonnerre, 35, graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, IEP) and from the ESSEC business school (the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales).
She began her career as a journalist for RFI Latin America and Europe 1, before joining Lagardère‘s Strategic Management where she held several positions in High-Technology and Media from 1995 to 2001. In 2001, she joined Canalsatellite as Director of Interactive Television; in 2003, she was appointed Deputy Director of Programming.
In 2005 she was appointed Lagardère’s Deputy Director of Investor Relations and Director of Analysis and Development.
