Thierry Funck-Brentano and Dominique D’Hinnin appointed co-managing partners of Lagardère SCA for six years

During a meeting held on 10 March 2010, on the recommendation of Mr Arnaud Lagardère, managing partner, and in agreement with Mr Pierre Leroy, deputy chairman of Arco (SA), the Supervisory Board of Lagardère SCA ratified the appointment of Mr Thierry Funck-Brentano and Mr Dominique D’Hinnin, as comanaging partners of Lagardère SCA for a period of six years as of 10 March 2010.
