Appointments to Lagardère’s Group Legal Department (GLD)

Thibault Delorme has been appointed GLD’s Deputy Group General Counsel, in charge of mergers/acquisitions and of contractual, economic and regulatory affairs. As a reminder, Jean-Jacques Guilhem is GLD’s Deputy Group General Counsel, in charge of corporate affairs.

Florence Lonis, formerly General Counsel of Lagardère Active, has joined the GLD, where she will report directly to the GLD’s Group General Counsel, Norbert Giaoui, as Deputy General Counsel in charge of Governance Communication and Compliance Programs.
