Appointment of the Management Boards

At a meeting held today, the Hachette Filipacchi Médias (HFM) and Lagardère Active Boards of Trustees appointed Didier Quillot as Chairman of their respective Management Boards.

At his proposal they have appointed, for the time being, a further two members to each Management Board: Olivier Chapuis, formerly President of Interdeco and Alain Lemarchand, formerly CEO of Lagardère Active. Their responsibilities will cover both sectors and will be clarified over the coming weeks, in parallel with the appointment of an Executive Committee and an Editorial Board.

These committees, appointed on behalf of both sectors, will be responsible for boosting the development of the new division using a number of platforms (partnerships, content co-productions, acquisitions, designs) in digital media.
