Arnaud Lagardère to head up the Lagardere Group for a further six years.

At its meeting on 11 March 2009, the Lagardère SCA Supervisory Board ratified the decision of its associate
partners to renew Mr Arnaud Lagardère’s management mandate for a period of six years with effect from
26 March 2009.
