Eric Deblicker to join the Lagardère Group as of 1 March

The Lagardère Group’s General Partner and Chief Executive Officer Arnaud Lagardère has decided to entrust two missions to Eric Deblicker with a view to strengthening the development of the Group’s patronage and sports activities.

As of 1 March 2007, Eric Deblicker will join the Nouvel Elan Croix Catelan company as Richard Gasquet’s coach and as special adviser to Arnaud Molinié, chairman and chief executive officer of Nouvel Elan Croix Catelan and manager of TeamLagardère. In this capacity he will be in charge of developing sports activities.

“This is a very important step in my professional life and I am approaching this new challenge with great passion and enthusiasm. Arnaud Lagardère’s commitment to this project, as well as the project itself, convinced me to take part in this adventure. I would particularly like to express my gratitude to my entire tennis family, which I will now serve in a different manner,” Eric Deblicker stated.
