HFM sells its photo agencies to Green Recovery

Following the conclusion of exclusive negotiations entered into last December, Hachette Filipacchi Medias and Green Recovery confirmed on 22 January that they had reached an agreement on the sale of all HFM’s photo activities to Green Recovery for an undisclosed amount.

Mr. Stéphane Ledoux, until now the Chairman and CEO of the Cité de l’Image, will take over the executive management of the agencies.

To recap, Hachette Filipacchi Photos was established in 2000 by grouping together a number of prestigious photo agencies, notably Gamma, Rapho, Keystone, Hoa-Qui, Jacana, Explorer and Top.
