Lagardère Active restructures its Television Division

Following the reorganization of Lagardère Active’s broadcast operations, Emmanuelle Guilbart, Director of Television Operations, France and Worldwide, has announced the following appointments:

• Pierre Belaisch has been named Managing Director of Programming and Networks at the Television Division and will oversee Programming Directors at the Division’s various networks (Canal J, Tiji, Gulli, Filles TV, Virgin 17, MCM).
• Tiphaine de Raguenel has been named Research Director for Lagardère Active’s Television Division. She will be responsible for audience, programming and marketing research at all of the Division’s channels.
• Gabriel Dabi-Schwebel has been named Deputy Director. He will oversee Business Development and manage cross-divisional projects for the Television Division’s executive management.
• Olivier Bibas has been named Financial Director of the Television Division.
