Lagardère Travel Retail Germany wins a batch of 10 foodservice outlets of the international tender for the new Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport

Lagardère Travel Retail Germany will be one of the two foodservice operators in the new Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport. With nine gastronomic concepts at ten locations, Lagardère Travel Retail will play a key role in shaping the food and catering experience in one of Europe’s most modern terminals. Under the theme ‘Heart of Europe’, a varied culinary offering will be created that reflects the diversity and quality of Europe and the whole world.

Variety and innovation in the new Terminal 3
With its concepts, Lagardère Travel Retail focuses on a unique combination of international best practices, regionally inspired own brands and innovative exclusive world premieres. The highlights include:
- NENI Deli – a world premiere in exclusive collaboration with the Molcho family, which takes levantine-mediterranean cuisine to a new level.
- EL&N London® – the Instagram hotspot from London, which is represented at a German airport for the first time.
- MAIN BISSEN – a concept that interprets ‘Frankfurt classics’ in a state-of-the-art way.
- ZIGOLINI – Lively Italian oasis with homemade pizza, focaccia and tramezzini.
- BREAD & BITE – a homage to the classic sandwich, with freshly baked bread and seasonal ingredients.
The selection of nine gastronomic concepts includes everything from regional specialties to global food trends and combines innovative visual guest experiences with different service models and guest journeys.
Strategic focus on guest experiences
With this diverse portfolio, Lagardère Travel Retail Germany aims not only to fulfil the expectations of international passengers, but to exceed them. The new Terminal 3 – Heart of Europe
When it opens for the 2026 summer flight schedule, Terminal 3 will have a capacity of up to 19 million passengers per year. Lagardère Travel Retail Germany will operate a total of ten catering areas in the central marketplace Non-Schengen, Pier Non-Schengen and in the arrivals hall of Terminal 3, as well as six additional stores for travel retail.
