The bondholders approve the proposed conversion of Lagardère from a partnership limited by shares into a joint-stock company

The proposed conversion of Lagardère SCA (the “Company”) from a partnership limited by shares into a joint-stock company presented by the Managing Partners for submission to the shareholders’ General’ Meeting on 30 June 2021 was submitted to the holders of the three series of bonds issued by the Company¹ in general meetings held on 17 May 2021 and was approved by all three general meetings².
