As part of the ongoing strengthening of its management structure, the Lagardère group is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Stabile as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Ms Stabile will also sit on the Management Board.

Sophie Stabile is 50 years old and a graduate of the École Supérieure de Gestion et Finances business school. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte, before going on to hold various management positions within the AccorHotels group. In particular, she held the position of Chief Executive Officer of HotelsServices France and Switzerland, before being appointed Chief Financial Officer. She also sits on the boards of various international groups, including Sodexo, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

Sophie Stabile takes over from Gérard Adsuar, who joined the Group more than thirty years ago and successfully led various projects as Chief Financial Officer, including in relation to the Group’s strategic transformation and financial performance optimisation.
